#rain21 When it's raining outside vada pav is the first thing that comes in my mind.today it's raining heavily.again it's a family favourite

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mashed potatoes.heat tadaka pan add 3 tbspoon oil to it.once hot put asefoetida and turmeric powder, curry leaves.now put ginger garlic and green chillies paste.

* Step 2

Saute paste till 2 to 3 minutes on low heat.raw chilli may ham stomach,so we just want to remove it's pungent form.

* Step 3

Put this mixture to mashed potatoes.add salt to it.mix well and make round shaped Vada.

* Step 4

In one bowl add gram flour, turmeric powder,carom seeds and salt mix well.heat oil in deep pan.add water gradually to dry gram flour.make batter like dosa consistency.

* Step 5

Now put 2 tbspoon hot oil from pan to gram flour.is helps to make vada crispy.

* Step 6

Now potato round put in gram flour.perfectly cover vada and leave it in hot oil and fry till golden brown.fry green chillies also sprinkle lemon juice and salt on chillies.serve hot with pav,mirchi and dry garlic chutney.today I didn't get pav so served with bread slices.enjoy
