Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In big bowl take all-purpose flour,add carrom seeds,salt,moyan and food colour.I didn't get spinach so colour used here.you can skip
* Step 2
Make semi soft dough.divide in small portions.roll out very thin chapati.cut sides to form perfect square.make small cuts leaving some space from both parallel sides.
* Step 3
Fold this in middle.again fold.now make some space in middle of mathari and give one fold from both sides
* Step 4
Heat oil in deep pan.keep oil medium hot. fry mathari from both sides equally.take out on tissue and serve hot with tea.store in air tight container.enjoy
