Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop paneer in rectangular shape.add mint powder,chat masala, coariander seeds masala,salt, coariander leaves.marinate for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
In bowl take gram flour,add carrom seeds,salt red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coariander leaves,rice flour,red chilli powder.add water gradually to make pakoda batter.
* Step 3
Heat deep pan, add oil.once hot take out 1 tspoon hot oil and put in pakoda batter.mix well. Now put paneer in batter and fry till golden brown.serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.do try this recipe.
