Peanut Ladoo (Desi Ladoo)

#rainbowchallenge #weekbrown This is my grandmotheR's recipe she used to call desi Ladoo.she taught us that this recipe is unique as Rich, Poor anybody can make this and enjoy.

Ingredient

Food ration :

serves 4 servin

Cooking time :

30 minutes
250 gms

peanuts

200 gms

Jaggery

2 tbsp

desi ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast peanuts on low flame till golden brown.keep aside

* Step 2

Remove it's skin.in Deep pan put 1 tbspoon desi ghee, add chopped Jaggery. allow it to melt completely.add nutmeg powder and dry ginger powder.mix well.

* Step 3

Add peanuts to it.mix well and roll out small ladoos.I blended the remaining mixture in mixer to get crush ladoos. Take out in plate and make crush ladoos.

* Step 4

Keep in refrigerator.you can enjoy ladoos for a week. very easy and quick recipe.do try this.
