Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut chillies,boil potatoes
* Step 2
Grate boiled potato keep aside. Blend green chillies, cumin seeds,salt and ginger add it to grated potatoes.add lemon juice mix well.
* Step 3
Stuff potato mixture in chillies. Now in plate spread semolina roll stuffed chillies
* Step 4
Heat Pan add oil roast chillies on medium heat.serve hot as side dish
