Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one cup thick curd.I have used homemade. Take mulmul cotton cloth put this curd and remove excess water.hang it for 3,4 hours
* Step 2
After 4 hours take out this hung curd and sieve it properly to a smooth paste
* Step 3
Now add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, dry fruits,food colour,pinch of salt, saffron extract to it. Mix well and Keep it in refrigerator.serve chilled with puri or chapati
* Step 4
I have used food colour.you can skip. homemade shrikhand is rich and healthy.do try this recipe.
