Ingredient

milk

1 tsp

vinegar

1/4 tsp

baking soda

1/4 cup

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sieve all dry ingredients and keep aside.add vinegar to milk, mix well and keep aside.

* Step 2

Now take bowl,add oil to it put sugar and whisk.add buttermilk and whisk now add all dry ingredients gradually.

* Step 3

Mix well,take cup cakes mould fill 3/4 cup cake mixture in moulds. Preheat OTG on 180 degree for 10 minutes. Put cup cakes in OTG. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.I didn't get cream cheese so I used whipped cream for decoration.enjoy your cupcakes.
