#with This recipe I have made by following Aruna Thapar mein'am.I have made some changes but her cooking inspires me alot. thank you mein'am

Ingredient

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rice for twenty minutes.chop all veggies. Marinate with ginger garlic paste.

* Step 2

Heat cooker a add oil.once hot add chopped onion. Add khada masala saute add marinated veggies.add green chillies.

Saute add soaked rice.saute add garam masala,salt,red chilli powder.mix well and add water.give two whistles.and serve hot with salad and buttermilk.
