Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the minced pork with.light soy sauce and flour.Mix it properly then set aside for 30mins.
* Step 2
Steam tofu for five mins.Then drain the water and place it in a plate.
* Step 3
Stir fry shallots until soft then add in porkStir fry until the color changes.Then add just a little bit of water..Cook it until done and add in the spring onion.Then place it.on top of tofu.Serve
