Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop veggies.boil sweet corn and green peas.
* Step 2
Make garlic paste.heat deep pan. In bowl take wheat flour and salt mix well and make soft dough.in Deep pan and oil,add chopped onion saute,add garlic paste saute and add grated carrot.
* Step 3
Add chilli powder, salt and sugar mix well.add boiled corn and green peas.add coariander leaves.
* Step 4
Add grated paneer. sprinkle some water.cook for five minutes.allow it to cool down.take a dough divide it in small portions.roll out chapati s.
* Step 5
Roast from one side.take chapati spread desi ghee.put stuffing grate cheese on it make a tight roll.heat Pan put some ghee and roast it till golden brown and crispy.tastes yum yum. serve with chutney and tomato sauce.
* Step 6
