Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash rice neatly and keep aside for atleast twenty minutes.

* Step 2

Heat pressure cooker add 1 tablespoon oil to the pan.

* Step 3

Add garlic, onion and saute it.

* Step 4

Add carrot and sprauts to it mix well and fry it for some time.

* Step 5

Add green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

* Step 6

Add rice saute it for a while then add milk and water lastly add salt as per your taste add lemon juice to it. Give two whistles. Let it cool down.

Take chopped onion and grated coconut add lime juice, red chilli powder, salt and one teaspoon, honey. Mix well. Special raita is ready

Serve hot with papad and special raita, it's really good for health without using any powder masalas you will get awesome taste.
