1 small bowl

tur dal

1 small bowl

urad dal

1 small bowl

roasted chana dal

1 small bowl

roasted groundnuts

10 cloves

garlic

1 small bowl

curry leaves

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast all dals on very low flame

* Step 2

Let it cool

Grind all ingredients in mixer coarsely. Your chutney is ready.keep it in air tight container.shelf life is 15 to 20 days in dry condition.you can use this with chapati, bhakri and idli as well
