Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add tikka masala, ginger garlic paste.
* Step 2
Lemon juice and olive oil.
* Step 3
Add yellow food colour and mix gently.
* Step 5
Take a wok, put olive and tomatoes.
* Step 6
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes then add merinated chicken.
* Step 7
Cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
* Step 8
Cover and cook on medium heat until chicken tender.
* Step 9
Once the chicken done, place a peel of onion on chicken put the burning coal and pour oil on the top.

Before fumes come, cover the lid immediately so the bbq aroma stay there.

After 5 mins, uncover the wok. fumes will come out with yummy bbq smell.

Tikka is ready. Set a side.

Take another pot, add water, salt and whole spices.
* Step 14
Bring water to a boil, add rice. Cook for 5 minutes and drain completely. About 70% cooked.rice should still be raw in the middle.

In the same rice pot, make layers. Firstly, put Chicken tikka.

Then add Rice and put tomatoes, green chillies and brown onions.

Once the layering is done. Let it rest for 15 minutes on low flame.
