Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pot, heat up the oil and add onion.
* Step 3
Add 1/2 cup water, green chilli paste and ginger paste and cook for few seconds.
* Step 4
Add tomatoes and cook for 30 seconds.
* Step 5
Add salt and all spices (garam masala) and mix.
* Step 6
Add peas and cook for 3 minutes. Keep stirring.
* Step 7
Then add carrots and cook.
* Step 8
Now add potatoes and cook for few seconds.
* Step 9
Add water and cook on high heat until becomes boiling. Then add rice and cook until water drained.
* Step 10
Once it's done. Cover with led and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
* Step 11
Vegetables pulao is ready to serve. Serve with raita. (raita recipe in Story section)
