Strawberry cream roll (Ramadan iftar tea)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, roll down the puff pastry dough.(thin layer)
* Step 2
Trim the edges then slice it into ½ inch wide strips.
* Step 3
Wrap the strips of the dough around the cone, making sure they overlap a bit and stick to each other well, otherwise they'll separate in the oven.
* Step 4
Brush each cone very well with the beaten egg to get a nice colour and shine.
* Step 5
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on 180c until golden-brown on the outside.
* Step 6
Once, cones completely cool, whip the cream then add strawberries sauce and mix gently.
* Step 7
Fill each cone with cream.
* Step 8
Strawberry cream roll are ready to serve.
