Eggless malpura on Tawa

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a large bowl and add plain flour (maida), semolina and Khoya (milk solids).
* Step 3
Add sugar and food colour and mix.
* Step 4
Add 2 glass of fresh milk and make paste.
* Step 5
Add baking powder and mix. Leave it for 30 minutes.
* Step 6
Heat up the tawa and add oil on tawa and make malpura on medium heat.
* Step 7
After few seconds flip it and cook. Aga
* Step 8
Again flip it and cook both sides until done.
* Step 9
Eggless Malpua is ready to serve.
