Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, heat up the oil and fry onions.
* Step 2
Now add green chilli and ginger to it and cook for 30 seconds.
* Step 3
Then add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Now add salt, cumin, red chilli powder, chilli flacks and tarmaric powder. Then cook for 1 minute on slow flame.
* Step 5
Now add chicken and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
* Step 6
Then add Cauliflower and cook for 1 minute. Then cover the led and cook until done.
* Step 7
Now cook on high heat until the water drained.
* Step 8
Then add all spices (garam masala) and green coriander.
* Step 9
Gobhi chicken ready to serve.
