Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, add egg yolk, salt, black pepper, chicken cube and ginger in to the chicken mince and mix it well.
* Step 2
Now add soy sauce and mix. Then replace in piping bag.
* Step 3
Now cutt brinjal in 1/2 inch round pieces. Shown as in picture.
* Step 4
Then fill the brinjal with chicken mixture. Shown as in picture.
* Step 5
Now Duble coat with egg and bread crumbs.
* Step 6
Heat up the oil and fry on medium heat until done.
* Step 7
Shao chiza is ready to serve.
