Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First tenderize the chicken with meat hammer.
* Step 2
Then merinate with salt, white pepper, soy sauce, chilli sauce and powder sugar. (merinate for 6 hours)
* Step 3
Now take plain flour and add salt in to it.
* Step 4
And coat the chicken well.
* Step 5
Now pour the chicken into cold water and drain it quickly.
* Step 6
Now coat the chicken in flour again.
* Step 7
Now heat the oil and add the chicken to it.
* Step 8
And fry on a medium flame until chicken done.
* Step 9
Chicken zinger is ready to serve.
