* Step 1
Sab se pehly gosht mein payaz, tamatar, lahsun, sabaz mirch, namak, laal mirch, haldi, zeera, dara mirch aur pani shamil karain aur ache se galne taq paka lain.
* Step 2
Goshat gal Jae to iska pani khushak kar lain.
* Step 3
Pani khushak ho jae to oil daal kar ache se bhon lain ke oil nazar ane lage.
* Step 4
Ab alag bartan mein KARELE fry kar lain.
* Step 5
Ache se fry ho jain to bhone Howe gosht mein daal dain. Sath hi kali mirch aur garam masala shamil kar ke mix karain aur 2 se 3 minutes dam PAR paka lain.
* Step 6
Mazedaar KARELE gosht tayar hain.
