Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash veggies, chop into bite size chunks. Place on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and chopped herbs. Roast in 400 degree oven, turning every 10 minutes until fork tender.(20-30 min)
* Step 2
Bring a pan of water to a boil. Add pasta of choice; cook until al dente. Drain in a strainer.
* Step 3
Remove veggies from the oven and transfer to the empty pasta pan. Add chicken broth. Sprinkle with grated cheese and stir until thickened.(2-3 min)
* Step 4
Serve primavera sauce over pasta. Garnish with cheese and herbs. Enjoy!
