Oyster milk soup

It’s good to drink a hot milk soup at chilly winter days.

Ingredient

100 g

Oyster

cube

Consome

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut potatoes and onion into small pieces.

* Step 2

Rinse oysters with water.

* Step 3

Heat oil and Fry potatoes and onion in a pan.

* Step 4

Add water and simmer it for 15 minutes. Add a cosine cube.

* Step 5

Add oysters and simmer it.

* Step 6

Add milk in a pan and when you serve it, sprinkle dried parselies.
