Candied Bacon-Wrapped Pineapple With Honey Sriracha Sauce
Believe it or not.. I'm not taking this to a fancy party.. Just had some leftover pineapple and bacon! 🍍 This is super easy and a perfect blend of sweet, salty, and spicy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook Bacon in the oven on 400°F for 10 until partially done because later it will be in the oven again.
* Step 2
While the bacon was cooking I took this time to make the sauce. Combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce and lime juice. Stir until combined.
* Step 3
Cut the bacon in half to get more pieces for the pineapple.
* Step 4
Place pineapple in the center, roll the bacon around pineapple and secure with a tooth pick.
* Step 5
Roll the bacon in a bowl of brown sugar until coated.
* Step 6
Repeat step above until you are out of bacon. Pop them in the oven for 10 mins to cook.
* Step 7
Once the time is up take them down and let them cool a bit, then serve with your dipping sauce!
