I used to work at Salsaritas Fresh Cantina in high school and I could never master folding one of those huge burritos. (So they made me the cashier.) Haha this is my simplified version. ;)

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Brown Turkey Ground Meat in a skillet.. This is where I added the taco seasoning as well.
* Step 3
Place turkey ground meat, chilies, tomatoes, and cheese in the center of the tortilla.
* Step 4
Fold the opposite sides over the filling. I did my best with the visualization.
* Step 5
Brush the tops of tortilla with melted butter.
* Step 6
Pop them in the oven for 20 minutes!
* Step 7
Garnish with your fave topping :) I'm a total guac girl!
