combine powder sugar, lemon juice orange liqueur and cinnamon in a large bowl, stir well
* Step 2
add fruit, toss gently. cover put in refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill
* Step 3
plate and serve. add cool whip to it oh it will be really good.enjoy.
