this time i baked the meringue, love this recipe

Ingredient

1 dash

of salt

egg yolks

2 1/4 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

in a double boiler, add sugar, flour, salt, then mix milk and egg yolk together, then pour into sugar mixture in double boiler, mix well, heat should be on medium high heat, water sould be boiling in bottom pot.

cook uncovered stir constantly, for 8 to 10 minutes, or untill thickens as a pudding. now add vanilla extract, stir to mix in well, now remove from heat.

in a medium bowl, put about 12 wafers on bottom, 1 sliced banana pudding enogh to cover banana and wafer, repeat layering wafer, banana, pudding then top with banana wafer, then make meringue, top with it add almonds

* Step 4

to make meringue, in a mixing bowl add egg whites, beat on high with electric mixer, untill a soft peak froms, then add crema tart, and sugar, slowly adding the sugar. beat untill a stiff peak from, spread over the banana pudding, add the almonda.

put in refrigerator for 2 hours are more longer the better
