Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Coat the potatoes and onions in the pesto in a roasting tin.

Roast at 200 C for 25 minutes, turning around at least once during that time.

* Step 3

Place the slices of Goat's cheese on top.

Roast for a further 10 minutes until Goat's cheese is melting in the middle.
