Antipasti Potato Salad

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and allow to cool completely.
* Step 2
Peel the cooked potatoes and chop into small cubes, set aside.
* Step 3
Mix together the mayo, yogurt, celery salt and onion salt in a good sized bowl.
* Step 5
Add the antipasti ingredients and mix in.
* Step 6
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before enjoying with any summer foods or picnic.
