Cooking instructions

Dutch oven, deep pot 1 pat butter and 3 rounds olive oil. Sauté scallion, garlic, jalapeños, chipotle, carrots, potatoes, corn. 4 minutes

* Step 3

Salt and pepper sautéing veggies. Add Chili powder, Thyme, cayenne

* Step 4

Poor in chicken broth. Bring to boil. Add chicken. Simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes are done.
