Rose-flavoured Milk, Oat & Chia Seed Smoothie

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

The night before, shake the Chia seeds into the water in a lidded plastic pot (a washed yogurt pot is perfect). This will make enough Chia seeds for four servings, and you will want it the next day.

* Step 2

Also, mix the milk with the rose syrup (a little at a time, sipping with clean spoons, and adjusting until it tastes very pleasant) and then add the oats all together in a jug and cover.

* Step 3

Refrigerate the Chia seeds and the milk mix overnight.

* Step 4

Next morning, in a liquidiser, with a stick blender or a Nutribullet, combine half the Chia seeds, the fragrant milk, and the smoothie mix.

* Step 5

Blend to the consistency you enjoy, pour into glasses and serve. Heavenly.
