Momma's lemon peppercorn pork tenderloin

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
mix pepper, lemon juice and water in a Ziploc bag
* Step 2
put meat in marinade and place in fridge overnight (can be done before freezing too)
* Step 3
preheat oven to 425 and place pork and marinade in a small baking dish
* Step 4
cover with tin foil and cook until tender
* Step 5
remove tin foil and cook until top is browned
