Lemon, Cucumber & Mint Detox Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the cleaned cucumber and lemons thinly.

* Step 2

Put in a pitcher.

* Step 3

Add Mint Leaves.

* Step 4

Pour the 12 cups of water in the pitcher.

* Step 5

Refrigerate this and let it infuse over night.

* Step 6

Drink one glass within 30 minutes of waking up in the morning. Then have another glass 30 minutes before dinner in the evening.

* Step 7

After 24 hours it is best to remove the cucumbers, lemons, and mint leaves because it will make the water start to taste bitter. (This will still be effective because the water is now infused)

* Step 8

Limit yourself to 2 glasses a day because drinking too much may cause more harm than good.

* Step 9
