* Step 1
Butter pan. Slice potato into circular pieces and cover base and around dish
* Step 2
Slice onion and pepper. Saute in pan and than spread over the potato. Mince garlic and add over the onion pepper mix.
* Step 3
Slice remaining vegetables into circular piece and arrange into dish. You can get creative with this part and make it very pretty.
* Step 4
Grate cheese over mixture and cover. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes then uncover and let brown for 10 minutes
