Orzo with dill pesto

Mediterranean flavors in a cold pasta salad. You can add cheese as well and experiment with your own combination of vegetables

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and devein shrimp. Season with oregano, salt and pepper and broil till pink.

* Step 2

Dice the vegetables until the orzo is ready. To make the dill pesto, combine dill, olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice into a food processor. Season with salt and pepper.

* Step 3

Combine all ingredients and enjoy
