Oysters on the Halfshell

Only thing better than eating a raw oyster, is finding a pearl in it when you shuck one!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse & clean oysters

* Step 2

Open oyster by holding with towel & inserting oyster knife in hinge of oyster & pressing in while turning & then running knife under the oyster to release from shell.

* Step 3

Place oyster on the halfshell on plate filled with ice, squeeze lemon juice on top with a dash of tobasco & lil cocktail sauce.

* Step 4

Eat & enjoy!
