Portobello Mushroom and Alfredo
Adapted from Clean Cooking magazine.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove stems and gills of the mushrooms. Place upside down on a baking sheet.
* Step 2
Dice vegetables (for presentation) or place vegetables and spices in a blender.
* Step 3
Place vegetables or mixture on the mushroom caps.
* Step 4
Spread sauce over each mushroom. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
