Sweet and Salty Stir Fried and Simmered Sweet Potato and Bonito Flakes

I love boiled nagaimo yams with bonito flakes, so this time I made it with potatoes that I made in my garden.

Ingredient

Sesame oil

200 ml

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the skins from the potatoes, and slice into 2-3 round, and bevel the edges. Sprinkle salt to remove the slime, and rinse with water.

* Step 2

Heat sesame oil in a pot, and saute the potatoes. Add in ◇, boil for 2-3 minutes, and then add in ◆. Cover with a drop lid, and boil it down until about 1 cm of broth remains.
