Cauliflower "mashed potatoes"

Ingredient

4 cups (1 head)

cauliflower

3 tablespoons

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove leaves and bottom part of cauliflower. Steam cauliflower until tender. A butter knife should be able to go through the stem easily. About half an hour in a rice cooker with a steamer insert, other methods vary.

* Step 2

Let cool. Put cooked cauliflower in a blender or food processor. If you chop it up a bit beforehand, it won't get hung up in the blender.

* Step 3

Add butter, milk and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

* Step 4

Try it with onion powder, herbs, hot spice?
