Dragon Fire Health Tonic

Always check with your health-care practitioner to see that you do not have a condition or use medication where turmeric is contraindicated. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I recommend using a slow masticating juicer. All other ways of juicing tend to froth the liquid and don’t extract the same. However if more fiber is desired a friend of mine uses her “magic bullet” to create a similar beverage.

* Step 2

I store in a glass bottle and refrigerate immediately. I use 2 ounces once a day. When I make with out turmeric and pepper I drink up to 6 ounces a day.

* Step 3

If you opt to drink 2 ounces like a shot, you may want to have water immediately afterwards. It’s got a lot of heat.

* Step 4

Frequently I make just with lemon and ginger andadd 2 ounces into my water bottle with some ice cubes if I am doing a lot of yard work or plan a gym work out. Great way to stay hydrated and keep your electrolytes balanced.
