Okra & Tomatoes
Okra & Tomatoes - My way. Great for your vegetarian friends or as a side dish.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prep your onions, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Sauté until translucent with a pinch of salt.
* Step 2
Add in the okra and tomatoes (I used Italian stewed tomatoes for extra flavor). Simmer until cooked/no longer frozen.
* Step 3
Add in 1/2 tsp of Cajun seasoning and black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
