Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredient

butter (sliced)

1/4 teaspoon

salt

1/8 teaspoon

pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons

ground cinnamon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour sweet potatoes and juice into 6" cast iron skillet. Set to medium heat and cookuntil warm, about three minutes. Remove from heat and place slices of butter around potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, cinnamon and light brown sugar, respectively.

* Step 2

Place in 400 degree oven. Remove when juice carmelizes, from 30-45 minutes.
