Classic Meatloaf

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

* Step 2

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl using your bare hands.

* Step 3

Place mixture in a loaf pan and spread evenly.

* Step 4

Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven for 1.5 hours.

* Step 5

Uncover and pour out any grease that has accumulated in the pan.

* Step 6

Cook an additional 20-30 minutes. Check that internal temperature is 150-155 degrees.

* Step 7

Serve with ketchup, as desired.
