Banana Bread

Taken from my Nanna's recipe.

Ingredient

1 1/3 cups

sugar

1/4 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

* Step 2

Grease a loaf pan

* Step 3

Combine banana and molasses in mixing bowl.

* Step 4

Add the butter and sugar.

* Step 5

Add the eggs one at a time.

* Step 6

Stir in the vanilla extract.

* Step 7

Add the baking soda and salt.

* Step 8

Add the flour, mixing one cup at a time.

* Step 9

Stir until the consistency is smooth and uniform.

* Step 10

Spread batter evenly into loaf pan.

* Step 11

Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes to one hour. Use a toothpick to see if bread is done. If the toothpick is not clean, bake for another 5 to ten minutes.
