Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Drain the liquid from the canned corn
* Step 3
Combine the black beans, rotel, and canned corn in either a pressure cooker or a slow cooker
* Step 4
Lay the chicken breasts on top of the combined ingredients
* Step 5
Pressure cook for 8 minutes, or slow cook for 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
* Step 6
Using two forks shred the chicken.
