* Step 1
Marinade chicken in olive oil, garlic and honey. I like to fry the chicken quickly on a pan, before it goes into the oven.
* Step 2
Add veggies of your choice into the mix. Oven: 350F about 20-25 minutes
* Step 3
Serve with rice or pasta.
