Herb-rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredient

dried sage

1/4 tsp

ground thyme

1 1/2 tbsp

olive oil

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Trim pork and remove silver skin. Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.

* Step 2

Mix all other ingredients in small bowl. Moisten with olive oil.

* Step 3

Place pork in baking dish and rub herb mixture over meat.

* Step 4

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until proper internal temperature is reached.

* Step 5

Remove from oven and tent with foil. Let meat rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing on the bias.
