Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate chicken ribs with minced garlic,salt pepper,chicken powder, and sesame oil for about 1-2 hours. or overnight for a better taste
* Step 2
Next, coat thr marinated chicken ribs with flour and deep fry in canola or vagetable oil in medium to high heat until cooked in golden brown colour
* Step 3
Garnish with chrushed blackpepper and chopped spring onion. the best way to serve with hot rice, and dip in a soy sauce and chilli, yummm!
