Chocolate Sea Salt Energy Ball

This is a great vegan dessert or energy boost before a workout

Ingredient

1/2 cup

water

1/4 tsp

sea salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water, turn down to medium high and add dates, boil about 5 minutes. Crush with a fork until smooth

* Step 2

Add chocolate and melt, remove from heat.

* Step 3

Mix in sea salt and graham cookies. Blend until smooth

* Step 4

Let cool 1 minute. Scoop up 1 Tbsp and place on a cookie sheet, refrigerate one hour. Remove from fridge and roll into a ball

* Step 5

Can be saved in fridge for 1 week or frozen for 3 months.
