Frosted Protein Carrot Cake

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grate the carrots and sqeze out as much liquid as possible. Mix carrots with all dry ingredients.

* Step 2

Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl. Then combine the dry ingredients into the wet bowl and mix. Transfer to a tin and bake for 25 min.

* Step 3

While it's cooking add the frosting ingredients together and then spread over the cake when cooled.
