Katsu Chicken

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat air fryer to 200°c. Mix salt, pepper and corn starch in a container.

* Step 2

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces adding a few at a time into the container.

* Step 3

Spray air fryer with oil spray and add chicken and cook for 10 minutes, flipping at half way.

* Step 4

Add all sauce ingredients into a small pot and whisk until combined. Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add cooked chicken to sauce in batches until all coated. Top with sesame seeds and serve on rice.
